We had a meeting with NYS Senator Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick on Jan. 3, 2025 to discuss Franklin Forward’s plan for downtown area.

We had a great Annual Dinner on April 26, 2024 at the Plattduetsche Park Restaurant. Here are some photos:

We were informed from Nassau County at the dinner that we would be receiving $127,000 from Nassau Boost Funds to begin the planning and building of a classroom meeting space on the back of our museum!

We gave a tour of the museum to Laura Curran, Nassau County Executive on March 23, 2021

We met with Hempstead Town Supervisor Donald Clavin and Town Clerk Kate Murray and Dr. Paul Van Wie and some board members gave them a tour of the museum on October 7, 2020
